  1. Data controller

    Swidi AB, a company registered in Sweden, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Swidi AB exports and distributes Swedish-made white pouches to selected markets in Europe and the Middle East. Contact: hello@swidi.se.

  2. What we collect

    We collect the data you choose to send us: your name, e-mail address and message, and on the trade form also your company name, country, type of business and, if you add it, your phone number. When you visit the site, our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the pages and protect the site against abuse. We do not use this data to profile you, and we do not collect special categories of personal data.

  3. How we use it

    To answer your enquiry, to send samples you have asked for, to maintain commercial relationships with trade partners, to keep the website secure and to meet our legal obligations.

  4. Legal basis

    Our processing is based on (a) your consent when you submit a form, (b) our legitimate interest in operating a business and responding to enquiries, and (c) compliance with legal obligations.

  5. Sharing

    We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with: the service providers that run this website and deliver form messages to our inbox (Cloudflare for hosting and security, Resend for e-mail delivery, and our e-mail provider), under data processing agreements; the authorised partner in your market, when that is needed to answer your enquiry; and authorities where the law requires it.

  6. Retention

    Form messages are not stored on the website; they are delivered to our inbox, and our e-mail delivery provider keeps a short technical log of sent messages. Consumer enquiries are kept for 24 months after the last contact. Trade enquiries are kept for as long as the commercial relationship lasts, plus 7 years for accounting purposes.

  7. Your rights

    You can ask for access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or data portability, and you can object to processing that is based on our legitimate interest. Write to hello@swidi.se with enough information for us to find your records; we reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) or to the data protection authority where you live.

  8. International transfers

    Swidi AB is based in Sweden and we aim to process personal data within the EU/EEA. Some of our service providers belong to groups based in the United States, and an enquiry may be passed to an authorised partner outside the EU, for example in Iraq. Where data leaves the EU/EEA, we rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or another safeguard recognised under the GDPR.

  9. Children

    This site is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
