Swidi Company is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Swidi Company is an export and distribution company for Swedish-made white nicotine pouches across selected European and Middle Eastern markets. Contact: hello@swidi.se.

What we collect
We collect only data you provide voluntarily: your name, email address, phone number, company name (for trade enquiries), and the content of your message. We do not collect special categories of personal data.

To respond to your enquiry, to deliver requested samples, to maintain commercial relationships with trade partners, and to comply with legal obligations.

Our processing is based on (a) your consent when you submit a form, (b) our legitimate interest in operating a business and responding to enquiries, and (c) compliance with legal obligations.

Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with our distribution partner in Iraq (where relevant to your enquiry), service providers under written confidentiality, and authorities where required by law.

Retention
Consumer enquiries are retained for 24 months after the last interaction. Trade enquiries are retained for the duration of the commercial relationship plus 7 years for accounting purposes.

Your rights
You may at any time request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or data portability. Write to hello@swidi.se and include enough information for us to identify your records. We respond to data requests within thirty days. If you are based outside Iraq and your jurisdiction provides additional rights or appeal mechanisms under its data protection law, those rights apply alongside ours.

International transfers
Some personal data may be transferred between Iraq, Sweden (in connection with our Swedish manufacturing partnership), and the European Union (where some of our service providers are based). Where data crosses borders, we apply contractual safeguards consistent with international best practice on data protection.
